How Did It All Begin?

Back in 2007, Elías was running through Parque México, overwhelmed, with a band on his head… selling everything. Renouncing material possessions.

Unintentionally, he began bringing sandwiches to some homeless individuals who saw him running every day. Later, he also read them Bible verses.

Thus, Dust & Misery was born—a ministry that grew to gather over 200 people daily for nearly 15 uninterrupted years. All of this, solely by God’s grace.
